♥ dance.
i havent been able to think about why i am still dancing all this while. after dancing for 10 years, i havent even thought about why i love the ballet. hui xuan and yi xian reminded me and let me discover ballet as the great form of art it is with this video. thank you guys ! (:
polina semionova is officially my new idol. i love her dance. especially this video. the music is just perfect and the choreography is lovely. strong yet soft, graceful yet playful. her subtly defined musculature; the utter and seemingly effortless control over every movement of her body; the incredible grace and naturalness she is moving with despite that total conscious control; the powerful expression of her body language, of her gestures and facial expressions; the literal unfolding of all that beauty during the whole video, and her smile at 1:56. i love this video (: everybody who dances ballet should look up to her for this "great achievement". once again, thanks guys for reminding me why i love to dance..
